How we work
Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the EU. Mostly asynchronous. Minimal meetings, maximum focus. Autonomous contributions. We expect you to own your work end-to-end. Holacracy. Self-organizing, distributed decision-making.

Backend Engineer (Python)
What you’ll do:
- Build and optimize the Kyvvu Engine — the sub-millisecond policy evaluation runtime
- Implement integrations with LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, MS Agent SDK, and Claude Code
- Work on our hash-chained, tamper-evident audit logging infrastructure
- Help scale structured observability and incident escalation
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Python (FastAPI, async/await, type hints)
- Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput logging
- Understanding of security and data privacy
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML systems, LangChain/LangGraph, or compliance tech

DevOps / Deployment Engineer
What you’ll do:
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Kyvvu platform
- Deploy Kyvvu on customer infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, air-gapped)
- Manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Handle enterprise deployment requirements and troubleshooting
What we’re looking for:
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Enterprise deployment experience (on-premise, air-gapped environments)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Bonus: compliance or security-sensitive deployment experience

Regulatory / Compliance Specialist
What you’ll do:
- Translate EU AI Act requirements into path-dependent runtime policies
- Work with enterprise customers and partners to define and tune policies
- Maintain our policy library and compliance documentation
- Stay ahead of evolving AI regulation
What we’re looking for:
- Background in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk management
- Understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, or industry-specific regulation
- Ability to translate legal requirements for technical teams
- Bonus: experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government
Terms: Freelance to start.
Sales (Commission-Based)
What you’ll do:
- Sell Kyvvu into enterprises, in close coordination with our authorized partners
- Identify and qualify leads in target sectors (financial services, insurance, healthcare, government)
- Work with the technical team to deliver pilots and demos
- Close deals and manage customer relationships through their lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
- Track record selling technical B2B products, ideally in regulated industries
- Understanding of AI, compliance, or enterprise software
- Self-motivated with a clear history of quota attainment
- Comfortable with consultative, partner-led sales

What’s the compensation? Depends on role, experience, and freelance rates. Sales is commission-based to start.
